Year-End celebration
To all the parents, teachers, and most of all—our wonderful adolescents—thank you for being here today.
As I stand before you on this special day of graduation and celebration, my heart is full. Full of gratitude, full of memories, and full of hope.
This year has been a journey—of hands in the soil, minds at work, hearts in community. In true Montessori spirit, learning didn’t only happen inside notebooks or during lessons. It happened in the woodshed, in the kitchen, on the farm, through early mornings and late reflections. It happened in the way we welcomed guests, in the way we held each other accountable, and in the way we learned to lead with kindness.
You have opened your hearts and your home to students from across Poland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. I remember watching you guide younger children through our palace with patience and pride—setting up meals, leading workshops, hosting Halloween nights and harvest markets. These weren’t just events. They were moments of grace, of leadership, of becoming.
You grew vegetables—but more than that, you grew in responsibility. You took photos—but more than that, you captured stories. You built things—but more than that, you built trust, and courage, and community.
To our director, Ms.Malgosia – Thank you for giving us such a wonderful place, thank you for holding the vision that makes all of this possible. Your quiet strength and deep faith in Montessori give us the freedom to guide with heart.
To my husband also my work and study co-guide— Mr.Rathin – thank you for walking this journey with me. Your calm, presence, and partnership have meant everything, both to me and to the adolescents.
For our Administrative Head – To Ms. Kinga, our anchor behind the scenes—thank you for always being there, often before we even ask. Your care and efficiency keep our days running smoothly.
To my colleagues— Mr.Tomasz, Mr.Robert, Mr.Adam, Mr.Christopher, Mr.Leszek, Ms.Ewa, Mr.Jacek, Mr.Zbyszek, Ms.Agneiska, Ms.Emilia, Mr.Marek, Ms.Rose, Ms.Kasia, Mr.Pedro, Ms.Magda –
thank you for showing up with love and patience. For holding space, for guiding quietly, and for believing in each young person.
And to our little Siya, thank you for bringing so much joy into our community. Your laughter, your hugs, your little games lit up even the hardest days.
Dear Adolescents, she looks up to you, learns from you, and carries your kindness in ways you may not even realise.
To the parents—thank you for trusting us, for trusting this unique process. Montessori adolescence isn’t about rushing to results. It’s about pausing, observing, allowing. It’s about letting the work and the challenges shape the character of your children.
And to you, dear adolescents—you already know this, but let me say it one last time this year: Your work matters. Your presence matters. Who you are becoming matters deeply.
You have learned how to work with your hands and think with your hearts. You’ve learned how to live in a community—not perfectly, but purposefully. You’ve had tough days and joyful ones. And all of it was part of your education.
As you stand on the edge of what’s next—whether that’s more time with us in Montessori Farm School (Bialka) or new paths beyond—I hope you carry this place with you. The calm of the farm. The laughter in the kitchen. The feeling of walking into your dorm after a long day, knowing that you are seen and known.
You are ready—not because you have all the answers, but because you know how to ask the right questions. You know how to try. You know how to care.
And in the end, that’s what will carry you forward.
Thank you for a beautiful year. Congratulations.
Yours,
Madhura.A.Minna
